I am a senior Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform developer with 13 years of experience delivering enterprise software.

My work connects business requirements with platform capabilities and custom engineering. I have built and extended CRM solutions, model-driven and canvas apps, customer portals, automation, integrations, APIs, dashboards, and the supporting .NET services around them.

The systems have supported banking, financial operations, manufacturing, customer engagement, and health-related processes. The domain changes, but the engineering questions remain consistent: what belongs in configuration, what requires code, and how will the solution be tested, deployed, and maintained?

BABOK-based business analysis and Scrum practice strengthen how I handle discovery, requirements, and incremental delivery. I also use AI-augmented workflows to improve analysis, documentation, and implementation without removing engineering judgment or human review.
